We want your experience with us to be as sweet and stress-free as possible. Here’s how we take care of your order from our shop to your doorstep.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on what you order—we’ll show you the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

⏱ Processing Time

Most of our goodies are made to order (just for you!). Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare, package, and ship your order.

📦 Delivery Times

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number sent straight to your email.
  • Most orders arrive in 4–5 business days after processing.
  • Carriers sometimes have delays (especially around holidays and busy seasons), but don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated.

If your order still hasn’t arrived:

  • Reach out to us anytime at care@notecandygifts.com.
  • If it hasn’t arrived within 60 days of purchase, we’ll give you a full refund.

(Please double-check your shipping info when ordering—mistyped addresses or missed deliveries are outside our control.)

💝 Returns & Refunds Guarantee

We want you to love your order! If you receive something that’s damaged, defective, or not what you expected, we’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement right away—our treat.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Keep the original packaging so we can process everything smoothly.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (non-defective items)

Changed your mind? No worries—we can take returns for non-defective items too:

  • Returns must be within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund minus the restocking fee.

(We can’t accept returns past the 30-day window.)
