✨ Important: Personalized and custom-made items are created just for you. These can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
